Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order affecting the High Street from its junction with Titchwell Road for 3300m westwards (the “Road”) in the Parish of Thornham to facilitate stud removal and surface dressing, the Road will be temporarily closed (except for pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be between 19:00 and 05:00 from 9th to 11th May 2025, but may continue to be closed/restricted until the 22nd June 2025 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates.
Alternative route is via: High Street, Thornham Road, Main Road, Old Hunstanton Road, Cromer Road, Kings Lynn Road, Redgate Hill, Ringstead Road, Lynn Road, Heacham Road, Cole Green, Docking Road, Sedgeford Road, Chequers Street, Church Place, Station Road, Sandy Lane, Brancaster Road, Mill Road, Choseley Road, Church Lane (Docking, Titchwell, Old Hunstanton, Heacham, Thornham, Hunstanton, Holme Next the Sea, Brancaster, Sedgeford).
